Updated June 16, 2020

 San Francisco SoMa District

The Best Collateral location in San Francisco SoMa District are closed due to heavy damage resulting from looting activity on Sunday May 31, 2020. Security measures that Best Collateral had in place protected the contents of the in-store vaults. The vaults secured collateral for customer loans, including jewelry. All items from those vaults have been recovered and moved to other locations.

We are currently working with authorities to establish the extent of the damage and are completing a full inventory of stolen merchandise. We ask for your patience during this time as we work to make it possible for you to renew your loans or pick up your items at another one of our locations. Do not visit the closed locations. The phone lines are not operational at these locations, so we ask you to email Connect@BestCollateral.comcreate new email with any questions you may have.
