Located in downtown Sacramento, just steps from the State Capitol and Golden 1 Center, Best Collateral has been the best local pawn shop since 1993 and is the go-to store in the Capital City for cash loans and selling your gold, jewelry, and gently-used items. This location dates back to the early 1900s when it housed California Jewelry and Loan (acquired by Best Collateral).
