Best Collateral is a pawn shop and retail chain with 8 locations in Oakland, North Bay, Sacramento, and Marysville. We were voted “Best Places To Work” for five years running by North Bay Business Journal. 

Best Collateral trains our employees to become certified jewelry professionals, as well as personal development and sales management training. Schedules are flexible, and you can ask for time off, even Paid Time Off, when needed. Stores close on seven major holidays, and there are no late nights. We even sponsor one or two all-family events each year with free tickets for Oakland A’s or Warriors games. Your birthday and anniversary is recognized with a card and gift certificates from the owners, because we care about the people who work with us.
